Beautifully renovated 3BR townhome with boat slip just steps from the beach!

Beautiful property which allows the best of both worlds, the beach and the bay! Newly renovated 3BR , 2.5 bath waterfront townhome with direct access to beach. This quiet paradise offers spectacular access to the Little Sabine Bay behind the townhome with beach views from the front of the townhome. The downstairs floor hosts a ping-pong table, kayaks, propane grill, and lily pad among other things. There is a screened in area to store your beach items, and a patio to enjoy the outdoors. The rental comes with access to the dock and boat slip to store your boat or jet skis (with an easy public launch at Shoreline), or for fishing and crabbing from. There is also an outdoor shower head to rinse off of after your day at the beach, which did we mention is only a one minute walk across the street?! The second floor has two living areas, a half bathroom, along with a dining table and queen sofa sleeper. There is also a second floor outdoor balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sound to drink coffee on, play cards, or watch the fabulous sunsets. The third floor hosts all three bedrooms. It has a large master bedroom with king bed and full bath/shower. The second bedroom is a queen, and third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. There is a third bathroom with tub/shower on the third floor, as well as a HE washer and dryer. This property has something for everyone! You can have the beautiful white sand beach in one minute, or you can walk outside and enjoy quiet amazing views of the bay. Great for families, beach lovers, fisherman, those who don't prefer the sand, and anyone in between!

Perfect getaway!

We truly had the best time! Loved being on the Bayside. It was so peaceful. The beach wasn't a far walk either. It was literally right across the street. The master bed was so soft and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Family fun week at Pensacola Beach 2024.

This property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. It provided everything we needed for a fun week at the beach (the lily pad and kayaks were an awesome bonus, we really enjoyed). The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Outstanding Beach Accomodations!

The condo is has both bayside and ocean access! Family of 7 and our vacation was great because of what the condo offered—kayaks, rod/reel, crab cage. Two living rooms!

Amazing Property!

Perfect location. Our family loved the access to the bay - just feet from the door, and the beach - maybe a minute walk. The house was well equipped with everything you will need. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Kayaks were a huge perk!

This house was perfect for my family. Check in process was super easy the house was very clean and beautifully decorated, had everything we needed plus some. Great view of bay and short walk to the beach. My family will definitely return to this home.

Location was fantastic. The bayside view was a joy to see almost to matter where you were in the house. Enjoyed being able to go kayaking at will. Nice walking distance to the pier & restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location! Perfect for our family!

We loved having the bay for everyone to enjoy on windy cold or rainy days. Sunny days short walk to the beach was great! The condo was perfect, the beds were comfortable. Only issue was it got a little warm at night. We could have used a few stand up fans. We couldn’t find the thermostat.

Easy check-in/check out, great communication with the host, great location, and clean. There's nothing negative I could say about our experience here. The host is very nice and responds to inquiries impressively fast. Access to the gulf side is a shorter walk than it would be staying in a condo on the beach, and the back-door is steps away from Sabine. I trailered my boat down there, and we utilized the property's dock so we could take the boat into the intercoastal. Great experience overall

LOVED IT!

We loved this townhome! It was literally right across from the beach, and the bay was in the backyard. This townhome was very clean and was just as described! The rooms were very spacious and everything was just perfect. Definitely coming back the next time I’m in Pensacola!

Get away trip

My daughter wanted a trip to Florida for her 15th birthday. The house was the perfect spot and had beautiful views in the front of the house and the back. The added plus was we just had to walk across the street to be on the beach. After working 12 hour shifts with no days off all week this was a beautiful, peaceful, quiet get away.

Great Location

By far best location we’ve stayed at in Pensacola Beach. It was a 3 minute walk to beach. Well furnished and beds were comfortable. AC worked well and backyard bay view and grass area great for views and playing with kids. They have kayaks to take out on the water as well. Only minor disappointment is the grill is unusable (filth of grates, etc.). Great place and will consider again in future.

Perfect Place to Stay

The title says it all. This was the perfect location and place to stay. The property was pristine and you could tell the owner takes pride in this home. Everything was perfect and clean. The layout of the property is wonderful for friends to be able to convene and relax. The bay is beautiful and calm. The owner is incredible and very responsive. We had no issues whatsoever and would love to stay here again.

Great location and host

The location of the house was perfect! Will definitely come back and stay here! Host was amazing to work with; had an issue with the kitchen light not working when we arrived. Texted her and she replied within 30 min and told me how to fix it. We did run out of toilet paper (there was only 1 roll per bathroom… and with 5 girls, that’s not enough). But if that’s my only complaint, we’ll call it a win! ;)

LOVELY TOWNHOME

This property met/exceeded my family's expectations. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The location of the property is wonderful with the gulf just a very short walk across the street and the bay directly out the back door. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and also used the kayaks that were available. There were also beach chairs, floats, nets and fishing poles available for our use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. The only thing missing was a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. I'm sure we'll be booking this property again!

Pensacola Beach Vacation

Since this was my first time using VRBO, I was not sure what to expect. Also, friends had told me to be careful, that sometimes the description did not match what you actually got. I had no worries, since the rental matched the description perfectly, the townhome was spacious, clean, and ideally located. The owner's communication was timely and spot on. Thank you for making my first experience with VRBO a positive one!

Great Everything!

We really enjoyed our stay even though we felt the effects of the hurricane that hit LA, but we didn't let that stop us. It was great having the covered garage and basement area to play games while it rained and the garage another day while it rained we shucked fresh oysters for dinner. The garage has water which was super handy for clean up. The townhouse lay out worked really well for me to work in the mornings in the second living area while the others could watch TV in the other room. Kitchen literally had everything we needed for the week (not spices) and we prepared a lot of our meals. Not a negative or complaint at all, but if I could add one thing it would be a beverage fridge downstairs. Would be so handy. Thanks for the great stay and we are looking at dates next year to book again!!!!
