Outstanding Host and Great Property

This host provides everything you would need, and then some! Great location in a gated community, a plethora of beach equipment provided in the garage, and a nice/spacious house for a large group.

Fantastic place! Fantastic location! Fantastic owners! My family and I loved our stay here. The house offers more than you could imagine! Amenities galore! Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Quiet and uncrowded beach just across the street and the bay side out back was awesome as well. The owners were absolutely wonderful to answer any questions quickly and provided a very nice welcome basket upon our arrival. 5 out of 5 in every category!

Perfect Pensacola Beach Experience

The house is so close to the beach, with beautiful views and everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away. The owners left us a thoughtful basket of snacks and some essentials and they were incredibly responsive. Everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach is stocked in the house, and you can't beat how gorgeous Pensacola Beach is. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful holiday stay

Location very convenient to beach and short walk to dog park. The neighborhood was nice and included a delightful pier on the bay side; fantastic access to new years fireworks display. The house was well equipped/nice complement of snacks /items upon check in. No Tv streaming The bathroom setup can be awkward for upstairs guests to thru master

Perfect house for our family vacation. There was 9 of us and we had plenty of room. House was well stocked and loved all of the beach toys,chairs etc. We will definitely book this house again

Overall great experience. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close enough walk to community pool, with beach access across the street. Far enough away from the busy Pansacola Beach restaurant / shopping area but still a short drive or free trolley ride away.Owners stayed in contact with different happenings in the area. Also was quick to ask if we needed anything.House was well kept up inside with plenty of furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with about any appliance you can think of. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, floats, gas grill available in the garage area. Would stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable

We were met with a clean smelling joyful place. It was close to the beach, bay and a pool. Water for every need and desire. Kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil anyone would need. We loved it!

Paradise

Hands down the best communication Ive had for a property in my history of using VRBO! They are kind, very responsive and helpful! Plenty of room for everyone, convenient access to the beach, a pool if you desire and room for parking! 10/10 would stay here again (hopefully with a few extra trash bags next time lol). Perfect place to spend Blues Weekend!

Stocked and clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. If we needed anything it was taken care of very promptly. The house especially the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together as a family. The only thing someone might need to know about is the 5th bedroom is in the master closet. It would be great for small children. Great location!

Second time here!

This is our second stay at this house. Both times for a soccer tournament, and the house is amazing. Sharon is a great host and communicator. As long we have tourneys in Pensacola we will stay here. Girls won the tourney as well 🙂

Perfect beach house

Attention to detail was amazing. The welcome basket was the first of many extras!!! The house was well furnished including beach chairs, toys, bicycles etc. We were very satisfied and would rent again in a minute. The owner even allowed a late check out since our flights were at 6.

Thanksgiving celebration

We had a good stay. We love this location as it is steps from the Gulf and Sound. House was clean, kitchen had more than ample dishes, cookware, etc... the garage has so many toys for the beach, bikes, chairs it's nothing like any other rental we have booked. We had an issue with the heat while there and the owners took care of it quickly. We had a welcome basket upon arrival that was so thoughtful and a great touch! We enjoyed ourselves so much we are looking at dates to come back. Would rent again for sure.

Family friendly

The property's location is great. The owner gave us a generous welcome basket. The only thing I would say that was misrepresented was the AMOUNT of beach toys, chairs, bikes, a beach caddy, coolers- there was so much- the owner is generous to share most of what was in the garage. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the area, and we would consider it, again, as well!

Fabulous

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Quiet neighborhood and secure. House was better than I expected and very close to both the beach and bay. Loved waking up with a view of the water over the ocean. Welcome basket was super appreciated. Plenty of room to spread out. Sharon was a great host. House is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Absolutely wonderful!

House was perfect. Clean, quiet neighborhood ! Very well stocked with any utensil or pot/pan you needed. They had beach gear to use. We had the best time. Sharon checked on us several times. We had one minor issue and it was fixed right away. If our travels bing us here next year we will definitely stay here! Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Great hosts and location

The owners of the property were so incredibly welcoming and quick to communicate, not to mention they had a lovely welcome basket with resources for us upon arrival. The location of the house with access to the beach and the sound were absolutely fantastic! Having a few beach chairs we could use in the garage was so handy since we flew in this time. The front porches offered us a great spot for morning coffee or evening night caps. Worked great for two families with kids to young teens. Community pool was also a nice feature and rarely had more than a few people there at a time. The dock on the bay side was beautiful for sunrise and sunset (dolphins!) Would absolutely recommend!!

Loved it!!

They were five of us staying in the property and we all loved it! It was much closer to the beach than I thought it was based on the pictures. The only hiccup was not having enough beach umbrellas for shade. Unfortunately I believe previous renters left broken umbrellas in the garage. This was the only 'negative'. The house was very roomy, in a nice neighborhood, and very close to everything on the beach strip. It was very nicely decorated and taken care of. We would most definitely go back!!

Family trip

This house is perfect in so many ways and Sharon was by far the best host we have ever dealt with. Her response time was almost immediate every time we reached out. On the day of our arrival we entered to find a wonderful welcome basket filled with lots of little goodies, and a home that made you feel very comfortable. It has all the little extras that you find yourself missing when away from home like a Keurig, box fans, all the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc that you could possibly need not to mention bikes if you feel like taking a little ride. The location is away from all the hustle and bustle but yet still close enough to get to anything within a couple of minutes. It has access to a perfect location on the beach right across the street and a pool right next door. You also have access to the community pier on the bay side which we found perfect for a little fishing. Highly recommend.

Great Family Time.

We had a full house and the kitchen and laundry were great. The location is extremely convenient to the beach. It was too cool for the communal pool. There are lots of beach toys, chairs and a couple umbrellas. Two of the bedrooms shared a bathroom which was fine for a Momma her daughter two twins in pack and plays and two school aged boys in a small “bedroom” on the other side of the bathroom from that king bedroom. We got to go to the air museum one day. Had fun on climbing things and go karts another day. Even close to grown up fun later in the evening. The owners were very responsive to the couple bumps we had. Overall we were very happy with the rental. It is a little older and the price was more reasonable than some I looked at.

Beach House

This beach house, located in a quiet gated community away from the busy town area, was very nice. The abundance of beach toys and boogie boards kept the kids entertained, and the beach wagons made hauling gear much easier. It was convenient to have both the ocean and sound within walking distance, We enjoyed fishing on the nearby pier and surf fishing in the ocean. The driveway accommodated our three vans comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and a grill was available. The bedrooms worked well for our family of 12, and there were a few toys for the children. The house provided plenty of seating for meals, with three tables (two inside and one outside on the deck). Other nearby activities included a visit to the Naval Air Museum on a rainy day and exploring the Wetlands Boardwalk and Trails during windy weather. For another outing, the Navarre fishing pier was a short drive away. Sharon was quick to reply when we had questions.

Great house for our family gathering.

There was ten of us, plus a Yorkie. House was just as advertised. A little challenging having just two bathrooms, but we made it work. The beach access was just across the street and never crowded. Public access area was far enough away as was the access for the large condo complex east of the neighborhood. The owners have a large supply of beach items to use such as carts, chairs, buggie boards, etc. as well as bikes of all sizes. This is something we really appreciated. Our grandsons enjoyed the neighborhood pool, as well as fishing off the long neighborhood pier on the sound side. The house kitchen was well stocked with everything a family would need. The refrigerator had a hard time supplying enough ice for our crew, but the kitchen had a countertop ice maker that we utilized and that helped. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Communication was just the right amount. We like our bedrooms dark in the morning and the window coverings do not really afford that. We saw this on the photos and brought additional coverings that we could pin up. Overall the house worked great for us and we would definitely stay here again. We were so fortunate to have Hurricane Debby spare the area.

The host was incredibly welcoming and an excellent communicator. They even left a welcome basket of goodies for us and our puppy, which was such a thoughtful surprise. They responded quickly to every question we had.The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there, and I have never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so well equipped. We had everything we could ask for. There were toys, bikes, dog toys, and just about anything you could possibly need. Truly amazing.I will 100% go back if I can.

Here for the Blues

Nice house and quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay if you want to be outside of the busy area but close enough to bike in or drive. The Blue Angels are visible when flying over beach.
