"What a wonderful place! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. There was such a lovely, homely atmosphere that made us feel really comfortable and welcome. The restaurant was just as charming, with a beautiful, cosy atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious! We also loved the little details, especially how the hotel supports local Welsh businesses. Even the toiletries were made in Wales and smelled absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I were absolutely delighted with our stay. Such a special place, and we would love to come back! ❤️"

"I loved this hotel! I booked in for one night and stayed for four! I had booked a single room but on checking in requested a room with a bathtub if possible. Not only did I get that, but they put me in a double room! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant/bar was very nice and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"
