We did not bring any towels with us as it said in the Hotel.com documentation that towels and bedding were included. The staff at Tencreek were not particularly happy, however they did supply the towels FOC and said they would contact Hotels.com "

Wardrobe and drawer provision were inadequate even for a 2 night stay. The lack of parking is a serious problem with a 800 yard walk to pick up the car unacceptable to many of your guests, but it's a problem that won't go away."
