"The house was very comfortable. We had 10 people and plenty ofnspace for everyone. All of the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms comfortable with everything we needed (even q-tips). Kitchen had everything we needed, we used the grill one evening and worked great! Parking - we had 3 cars and easy getting in and out. Neighborhood was safe, no problems!"

"We were very impressed with how thoughtfully appointed this house was with everything we needed. Shampoo and conditioner, nice towels, makeup removal cloth, q-tips, cotton balls, multiple boxes of Kleenex, a full sized monitor to plug our laptop into. Great location 5 to 10 minutes to downtown Durham and Duke University. Quiet neighborhood that is good for dog walking."

"This place is a dump. The property owner is an absentee landlord who cannot afford to keep the property maintained. My trailer had suffered water damage and there was a large buildup of mold inside the trailer. There were numerous sketchy electrical problems, I lost power for several days after a storm and all my food spoiled. The WiFi was non-existent and was basically a joke. I also had a health emergency during my stay and had to cancel my last of three months at the rental. The property owner told me personally that they would graciously give me a partial refund. Two weeks later and I have not received anything, which makes me feel like I was lied to. I do not recommend this property. I feel very lucky not to have contracted a respiratory illness or died in an electrical fire at this property. It was disgusting, dangerous, and unsafe. Do not trust the owner."

"The house had everything we needed for the long weekend for our family and kiddos. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and we greatly appreciated the fenced in backyard and outdoor seating for some spectacular late-summer mornings. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to both university campuses and plenty of excellent restaurants and activities."
