"We had a great week visiting Durham, NC. The house was perfect for our needs; central to do just about anything. Grocery shops, restaurants, the University, Duke Gardens and several close-by dog parks. This property was pet friendly. If one thing could be improved on a bit: I wish the water pressure at the kitchen sink was stronger. Emily was great to work with. "

"Disappointing Stay -- Poorly Maintained Property. Our stay at this townhouse was disappointing. There is nothing "lux" about this property and it is poorly maintained. Several appliances and pieces of furniture were broken when we checked in (and not fixed during our 4-week stay) which signifiantly impacted the quality of our experience. Most notably, the oven did not work and one of the showers had a broken faucet and drainage issues which was unpleasant and inconvenient. These are essential items that should be in working order for guests (for example, the dresser in the master bedroom is broken so we had to leave our clothes in suitcases for a month). We contacted the host multiple times during our stay to request repairs yet the repairs were not addressed. Future guests should be aware that maintenance issues may not be resolved during their stay. "
