The villa sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering peace and privacy.
This luxurious home features high-quality amenities: concierge service, wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, spacious wooden terrace, garage, electric car charging station, beds made on arrival, and towels provided.
Designed by an interior architect, the house is arranged as follows:
On the ground floor:
A premium open-plan kitchen adjoining the living area,
A welcoming living room with lounge area, sofa, armchairs, wood stove, and dining space,
1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage,
1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds (can be joined) and storage,
1 bathroom with sink, large walk-in shower, and bathtub,
Separate WC.
Upstairs:
A TV lounge on the mezzanine above the dining room,
1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage,
1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds (can be joined) and storage,
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and sink,

Outside, enjoy a south-facing landscaped garden. Sun loungers and garden furniture await you on the beautiful wooden terrace (no barbecue). A secure garage lets you store water sports equipment or bikes. There’s a shower for rinsing off after the beach.
