La casa
La casa tiene muy buena distribución, es grande, mobiliario de terraza suficiente y bien. La piscina privada con las vistas es una maravilla.
Se podría mejora muchas cosas, lo primero y más importante la limpieza, estaba muy sucia, los suelos, pelos por todos los sitios, los cepillos y fregonas sucios que no se podía ni limpiar con ellos, los patios sucios, la cocina sucia y los armarios viejos, rotos y mal olientes. Los baños mal limpiados.
El mantenimiento de la casa, la terraza de madera sin cuidar y sucia, las camas viejisimas. El sofá cama viejisimo e incómodo. La escalera de la piscina rota. Las ventanas sin mosquitera, lo que es imposible dejarlas abiertas sin que entren bichos. No hay cortinas, entra toda la luz por la mañana.
Las paredes en general, tanto las de la casa como las de la terraza sucias, con salpicaduras.

Belle résidence heureusement un peu à l'ecart d'un front de mer surpeuplé. Le logement aurait besoin d'une remise en etat et d'un gos nettoyage.

Habían puertas que estaban ya abiertas, no es lo que parece en las fotos.. la piscina es super pequeña y tenia cosas dentro como cubos o paquetes de toallitas humedas, la nevera no funciona y detras de ella había comida de gato..

La location a des atouts mais qui ne sont pas mis en valeur par rapport à l'entretien de la maison et à l'équipement.

Voy a ser sincero, la casa está muy bien en cuanto a espacio y ubicación (Es una urbanización muy tranquila). Eso si, la piscina privada que sale en el anuncio nunca pudimos llegar a probarla ya que los de mantenimiento llegaron un día tarde y nunca llegaron a terminar de arreglarla. Aparte de eso faltan cosas muy básicas como el jabón lavaplatos o cuchillos que corten, pero por lo demás hemos estado muy agusto.
