"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."

"Peniscola ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Die Burg und Altstadt, sowie auch die Atmonsphäre ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Zu Fuß ist der Strand innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In den Restaurants kann man sehr günstig essen. Wir waren davon sehr überrascht. Das Personal im Restaurand/Pool war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein Deutsch. Check-in war super. Die Wohnung ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster, Türen, Rolläden, Bad gehören sarniert. "La piscina es lo mejor del lugar. Mejorar podría en la cocina(cubertería, cuchillos para cortar, tabla para corte, tostadora...) Manguera para el exterior que no la tiene, ni salida de agua. Camas incómodas y viejas, estores para que no entre la luz por la mañana... Presión del agua muy baja... Y ruido exterior pero aquí no se puede hacer nada ya que la carretera está enfrente. Si se hacen mejoras en ese aspecto la casa cambiaría por completo"

"Bel appartement avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Bien équipé et propre dans l’ensemble. Petit reproche sur le manque de produits ménager. J’aurais apprécié de la javel et du produit WC. Contact avec l’agence simple et efficace. Résidence assez bruyante jusqu’à plus de midi et bruits de la ville jusqu’à des fois 6 heures du matin et des chiens qui aboie du matin au soir."

"No puedes acceder al apartamento hasta las 17:00 de la tarde. Siempre me voy de vacaciones a apartamentos porque no tengo que depender de los horarios de los hoteles pero este ha sido el peor de todos con diferencia. En las fotos que aparecen el apartamento tiene muy buena presencia la piscina aunque es pequeña en las fotos que tienen ellos parece un espectáculo, pero al llegar al apartamento es deprimente, las paredes de la fachada descorchadas, la puerta de la urbanización tienes que hacer...
