Hice la reserva por Vrbo, donde se indica que el apartamento dispone de lavavajillas, calefacción y AIRE ACONDICIONADO, siendo que no dispone de nada de estos servicios. El extractor de la cocina no funcionaba, un fogón de la cocina tampoco. Todo muy viejo. El trato con la inmobiliaria fue muy correcto, quién nos confirmó que no disponía de estos servicios y se ofreció a revisar los desperfectos durante nuestra estancia y nos confirmó que no está correctamente publicitado por Vrbo. Hemos puesto una queja y una reclamación a Vrbo sin recibir respuesta... Publicidad falsa y engaños, pagando por unos servicios que no estaban. Reserva por Vrbo, confirmando la reserva Expedia, quién también se ha desentendido.

Apparemment bien situé MAIS

Apparemment très bien situé, mais très mal équipé. La porte en accordéon de la chambre parentale ne ferme pas, pas de porte pour la chambre des enfants, équipement pour la cuisine vieux et salle. Parking souterrain très pratique sauf que pour récupérer la voiture pas de clé pour un accès direct donc obligé de faire le tour de la résidence. Il est dommage d’avoir un appartement situé à cet endroit et de ne pas l’entretenir. Ha oui la moitié des ampoules ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement que Peñiscola est une ville magnifique et très animée.est une
