It is located 100 m from the sandy beach “Playa Norte”, 150 m from the “Interurban” bus station, 2 km from the “Peñismar” supermarket, 4 km from the town “Peñiscola”, 6 km from the “Benicarlo/Peñiscola” train station, 10 km from the “Sierra de Irta” natural park, 45 km from the “Castellon” airport, 45 km from the “Panoramica” golf course and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.

It has an elevator, terrace, heat pump heating, air conditioning, seasonal communal pool, a covered parking space in the same building and television.

The independent kitchen, with ceramic glass, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.

At your entrance we will give you the sheets and a small cleaning kit. Towels are not provided.

Ubicación inmejorable

Las vistas son lo mejor y la piscina, que tiene un horario muy amplio. Los administradores acudieron porque les llamamos con alguna incidencia y la resolvieron pronto (cuando la gente protesta yo no sé si antes han intentado que les arreglen el problema en nuestro caso, lo hicieron enseguida). La comunidad es muy agradable. El tener que entrar a partir de las cinco de la tarde el primer día y salir a las diez de la mañana del último me parece abusivo. Pierdes los dos días de estancia que pagas.
