LOCATION:Urbanization on the second line of the beach, 300 m. from the beach and 3 km. from the city center.

COMPOSITION:A block of apartments of different types. Apartments composed of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a kitchen with a washing machine, a full bathroom, a terrace and air conditioning. All with TV, but no Wi-Fi

APARTMENT AMENITIES:Elevator and swimming pool. 1 km. from supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:Equipment (except general clothing), water, gas, electricity (except long stays in winter), cleaning on entry and exit and use of the swimming pool (from 15/06 to 15/09, subject to modification by the community of neighbors of the property).

NOT INCLUDED:Possibility of renting bed linen at reception 6 €/set/stay, direct payment. Towels for rent (25 € set of 5 shower towels, direct payment in cash). Cots for rent (7 €/day direct payment). Extra bed for rent (7 €/day direct payment). Optional parking for 10 €/day.

***For stays of 7 nights or more, from October to May, electricity is not included. The client will be billed upon departure, according to the meter reading. To do this, the reading will be taken both at the beginning and at the end of the stay and the difference between both readings will be the consumption made and, multiplied by the price kw/h, will be what the client will pay.

DEPOSIT:€150. (Deposit on credit or debit card, cash is not accepted). It is returned to the same card within a maximum period of 7 days after the keys are handed over)

Check-in outside normal hours will be done with self-check-in. There are mailboxes at the reception door. It is important to contact reception so they can provide you with the mailbox number and combination.
