"My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, immaculately clean and comfortable cottage. Beds were comfy and house well-appointed. More spacious than photos make it appear. Location could not have been better. Loved the option of walking to the water for dinner and a gorgeous sunset. Great communication with hosts. Highly recommend - would love to return!"

"This is a wonderfully updated home with lots of attention to detail. We had ten people and we were all very comfortable. The beds have very nice mattresses and the sheets are soft and cozy. We could walk to the beach or to downtown Boyne City. My in laws (81&86 yrs young) even walked to the Avalanche Lookout park and climbed all 462 steps!It’s one of the nicest rentals we have ever booked. Thank you for helping make great memories for our family!"

"We have stayed here twice and love this special home. It is on a quiet street, minutes from the restaurants, a park and the lake. Easy central location to get to surrounding cities. The owners have thought of everything you would need. Our family of 6 loved the space in this home. The owners are quick to answer any questions and will accommodate any needs you have. You will be well taken care of and feel at home is a very comfortable home!"

"The house was clean and served our needs during or stay. It was close to downtown and the beach. The check-in process was terrible. The door codes that were given to us did not work. We spent 45 minutes outside, trying to get a hold of someone."

"My wife and I stayed with our son and our bulldog, and had an excellent vacation! The property and our host were amazing, and the town was as well! Very unique accommodations! We are hoping to stay there again next year for vacation, if not sooner!"
