"wonderful service support and location."

"Our room was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was very nice and served in a beautiful dining room. Unfortunately, a wedding was taking place the day we checked in. The wedding festivities continued (loud music, louder singing and screaming) until 4 am!!!! Tried to contact staff from 1 am but no one was available. I understand the wedding guests were happily celebrating but a cutoff time (such as midnight) should have been a part of the wedding venue agreement. The following day when I spoke to reception about the noise and our lack of sleep, I was told they could not prohibit the wedding guests from partying all night long! We were a party of 6 adults, staying in 3 rooms. We were very disappointed with our stay and the lack of involvement by the hotel staff. We will not be recommending this hotel or returning."

"Budget hotel, so quite basic. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We chose it because of its parking and position on the outskirts of Arras."

"The hotel overall was very good, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of options. However, the carpet in the room had a very strong smell of dampness and mould, and it felt quite dirty because of the humidity. This was the only negative point during our stay. Apart from that, everything else was very good."

"We had a great stay! The hotel staff were helpful and very accomodating. Our room was lovely and very clean. We had breakfast there 3 mornings and it was very good. We travelled by train and it was an easy walk from the train station. We would certainly stay here again."
