A l’étage : 1 grande chambre avec lit double 180 literie très récente, salle de bains/WC, 1 grande chambre avec lit double 160 (literie très récente) + 1 lit superposé (2 couchages (neufs) de 80 kgs maxi) pour enfants ou jeunes adolescents, salle d’eau avec wc.
Linge de lit, de toilette et cuisine en option.
Très beau jardin avec jacuzzi ( chauffé bien sûr avec entretien compris tous les 2 jours) prestation ménage durant votre séjour sur demande.
A 1km de la plage par chemin piétons, commerces à pied.
Salon de jardin, barbecue gaz weber etc…

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit vier Personen (zwei Kinder) in dem wundervollen Haus von Sophie. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen, besonders toll waren der große Grill und die Tischtennisplatte. Alle Geräte im Haus waren hochwertig, die Betten bequem und die Kücher super ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub einfach nur genossen.Das Haus ist sehr zentral im alten Stadtteil von Pénestin gelegen, zum Teil hatten wir Straßenkonzerte direkt vor der Haustür - toll! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Super Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem sehr gut (teilweise luxuriös) eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider konnten wir den Rasen wegen Hinterlassenschaften des Hundes der Eigentümerin nicht nutzen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses in Pénestin ist hervorragend. Der Wochenmarkt, 2 Bars, 2 Creperien und ein Restaurant sind quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Im August hatten wir zahlreiche kostenlose Veranstaltungen, wie Livekonzerte und Feuerspucker. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Charmante demeure très bien située, avec le charme et la caractère des maisons anciennes mais bien aménagée et confortable : nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

On a beaucoup aimé !

Située au cœur du village et à proximité de l’embouchure de la Vilaine nous avons pu profiter sans trop avoir à prendre la voiture. Tous les commerces sont à proximité et les commerçants très accueillants. Le sentier du bord de Vilaine et du bord de mer permet de profiter de balades variées et de la baignade. La maison a de grands espaces bien aménagés et décorés avec goût. On profite du jardin à tous moments de la journée. La situation de Penestin en sud Bretagne permet également de rayonner dans la région et de profiter des activités. On recommande !

Maison charmante

Week end très sympa, dans une maison vraiment agréable, on s'y sent bien et ça donne envie d'y revenir !! (une chambre en enfilade, ce qui n'est pas gênant pour une famille, sinon les 2 chambres principales sont très grandes et lumineuses) Emplacement au top, avec tous les commerces à proximité, et au pied du marché (prévoir de se garer plus loin si on veut bouger avant 15h, mais nous avions des enfants en bas âge donc pas de soucis). Jardin clos, tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter en sécurité ! Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester les bonnes adresses recommandées par Sophie, l'occasion peut être d'y revenir pour se rattraper ! Merci encore et très bonne saison !

Maison très confortable et proche du centre ville

Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible. Maison calme malgré la proximité du centre ville, spacieuse et agréable, décorée avec goût. On s'y sent comme chez soi

Un très belle maison

La maison est des plus accueillantes, spacieuse et claire, située en plein coeur du petit village tout en étant tranquille et calme. Le jardin est très agréable, protégé de la vue est des bruits. La demeure est très bien équipée, rien ne manque et l'accueil des propriétaires est tout en sourire. Les plages sont á proximité, la plus belle á 4 minutes en voiture et dispose d'un très grand parking. En résumé, un endroit vraiment plaisant pour passer ses vacances.

Une jolie maison en plein centre de Pénestin ! Toutes les commodités (marché 2 fois par semaine) pour bien s’approvisionner et des plages toutes proches ! Une bonne communication avec la propriétaire et avec Véronique. 3 semaines avec un temps sublime ! Rien à redire !

Gîte accueillant et bien situé dans Pénestin

Super week-end dans ce gîte! Le gîte est agréable et agencé avec goût, nombreux équipements mis à disposition. Le gîte est parfait pour un week-end en famille. L'espace extérieur est très sécurisant pour les enfants et à l'abri du vent pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse.
