The house offers a perfect setting to relax, with its 2 terraces and veranda, after a day spent in the sun, visiting or fishing.
You can enjoy your freshly caught seafood around the table on the veranda or on the terrace.

On the ground floor: Fitted kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. Living room with TV, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom with double bed, laundry room with washing machine.

Its coastline is very rich. Nearly 50kms of marked trails criss-cross Pénestin, including 12kms of the GR34 (customs path) which runs along its coasts.
