Ok para hospedagens curtas. Quarto limpo, travesseiros ruins (mas nos atenderam prontamente quando solicitamos mais dois), funcionários ok, piscina e estacionamento bem pequenos. Chuveiro elétrico com pouca vazão de água e café da manhã bem fraco, com pouquíssimas opções saudáveis e demora das funcionárias para reposição dos itens que acabavam. Ao chegarmos nem papel higiênico haviam colocado no banheiro.

Falta de profissionalismo do responsável pelo Café

Hotel muito bom, funcionários muito prestativos, nos colocaram a principio num quarto quádruplo pedimos para trocar por um de casal e foram super cordiais trocaram numa boa. Mas infelizmente no nosso segundo dia de café da manhã tivemos uma decepção, horário era das 7 as 9h chegamos as 8:15 e não tinha mais pão e que não teria mais, fruta acabou, suco também. Não se prepararam para um número alto de hóspedes. É inadmissível acontecer isso num hotel.

O Hotel é ótimo para o que se propõe. Ficamos somente uma noite e foi tranquila. A cama e os travesseiros deixaram um pouco a desejar… Mas o café da manhã compensou. Farto e com várias opções caseiras muito bem feitas.

Decepcionante.

O hotel precisa melhorar em quesitos básicos: precisa ter blackout no quarto, a iluminação invade o quarto ao raiar o dia, contenção acústica não existe, o aparelho de ar condicionado precisa gelar bem, pois parecia que se tratava de aparelho de segunda mão, velho, pois o hotel foi inaugurado recentemente, principalmente porque Penedo se trata de uma cidade bastante quente, e, por fim, o café da manhã não possui produtos sem glúten e sem lactose para pessoas com restrição. Pelo valor cobrado na diária, deveria conter os itens apontados.
