Liberty Cabin on Collier creek!! In Caddo Gap

"The Liberty Cabin is in a beautiful setting and I've stayed there several times. This time there were several small issues that could be improved. I was surprised that when I checked on Vrbo the day before my arrival there were no instructions about check-in to the cabin. I contacted the host and instructions were sent via photos the next day, but my phone service was not good around the cabin so that made for some anxious moments. Luckily I had family with phone service who could accompany me. One of the first things I usually check on arrival is the instructions in the cabin notebook. This time the notebook was filled with loose papers (primarily about eating places) with instructions on the Wifi written in several places, none of which worked. When I finally found other Wifi instructions on the coffee table I was able to log on easily and it worked well. Other little things were the clock in the kitchen didn't work and the cold water faucet in the shower seemed stripped, meaning it took a lot of turning to get it off. I hadn't noticed the sulfur smell in the water previously and it seems quite strong this time. I enjoy this area and will likely be back but the cabin could a little tune-up to be up to par."
