"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. "I arrived very late to the property from Kualar Lumpur. The taxi found it a little difficult to find. I was so sorry for the staff member as I woke him oit of sleep as it was about 1.30am in the morning. He still managed to show me everything I needed. Which was so good of him. The room was spotless, floor shiny to the point you can see your reflection in it. The bathroom was super clean. So far it seems very basic necessaties are in budget places of Malaysia. Which means a toilet roll, a little bar of soap, two towels. I think they had shower gel. There was no kettle however there was a hot and cold water dispenser. I like tge cleanliness of the place, you feel it as you step into the property. There is a window, but not much light comes in. It's very close to the airport, and was a good stay."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, the first impression was very positive. The property is beautiful, well-presented, and the staff were welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient with no issues at all. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you would expect from a hotel at this level. Unfortunately, this is where things began to go wrong. That evening, I discovered there was no hot water. I contacted the front desk, and to their credit, they responded quickly and sent an engineer within a short time. I was told the issue had been resolved after about 30 minutes. However, the next morning, the hot water was once again not working. When I called down, I was informed that no engineer was available at that time. I was then offered a room change, despite the fact that I was checking out within four hours—so it wasn’t a practical solution. As a result, I had to take another cold shower. To make matters worse, while I was in the shower, the engineer arrived and repeatedly knocked on my door, despite me having already declined further assistance. Shortly after, my room phone also began ringing. It was frustrating to be interrupted while dealing with an issue that should have been properly resolved the night before. The front desk staff clearly tried to help and were polite throughout, but the failure ultimately came down to the engineering side not fixing the problem correctly the first time. At this price point and standard of hotel, when something"
