"Check in was fine. It’s your payment system with the hotel that I have an issue with. There is a delay in how they get the money I prepaid and that resulted in my credit card being charged by the hotel for a few hundred dollars. I’m hoping that the credit for those charges are resolved but I have to wait until I’m home & can check my cc statement online. You need to do better to keep this from happening as I shouldn’t have to worry about disputing charges"

"The breakfast is terrific the rooms are beautiful but I got to say they really need to work on their pool area the temperatures were not what they should have been ice cold hot tub fluctuating on cold and warm pool"

"Room was clean, staff were exceptional and welcoming! We actually booked the wrong date and when we arrived they were happy to help us switch dates! Was in a nice location. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm which was so nice! The complimentary breakfast was amazing with waffles, eggs, hash browns, bacon, and all the fixings that you could want!"
