We enjoyed our time at the cabin! The dock was prefect for the kids to catch fish off of, spent many hours doing it. The water is very shallow, knee deep at the end of the dock. The water gets very dirty when swimming by stirring up the muck and weeds. Perfect for the Lily pad! Loved the sandy beach, a priority when booking. The playset was a bonus! Great amount of parking available too. We were surprised to only have enough propane for one meal and 1 extra toilet paper roll for the week. We had to make a trip to town the first morning we were there to pick up essentials, wasn’t expecting to do that. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn the lights on over the sink in the kitchen. The deck doesn’t have a railing so we surrounded the deck with coolers to keep the kids from getting too close to the edge. The front screen door was hazardous without the closing device, it would slam shut or fly open with any amount of wind. We ended up propping it open after it almost caused us an ER visit and ripping off a thumb nail. All in all we had a great time, friendly neighbors but was very quiet and felt like our own private getaway! Thank you
