Palaia Farm - accommodation "TORRE"

  • 'Torre' accommodation dating back to the 12th century, whose conservative restoration was completed in 2014. Restoration made with materials and techniques that still allow us to appreciate its ancient charm. Wood and stone are the absolute protagonists of this recovery. Accommodation of 120 square meters, with independent entrance, accessed by an external stone staircase. Three double bedrooms all with bathroom, kitchen with wood burning fireplace and living room. All rooms have windows or openings that overlook the surrounding countryside. The interior furnishings are born from research based on the recovery of what makes history and according to a more modern economy of reuse, while not giving up on functionality. This is why modern elements and innovative techniques find space such as solar panels for hot water, roof insulation, windows with high technical efficiency.
