Fit For a Crew With a Hot Tub Too-5 bedroom

Nestled in a historical Pekin neighborhood, this 2 story house will be your new favorite stay. Relax and enjoy time with friends, family or co-workers in this large 2 story home approximately 10 blocks from downtown Pekin. Great neighborhood to take pleasure in a walk on a sunny day. Enjoy the hot tub that seats 7. High speed internet is excellent and 2 TVs with Roku, Fully equipped kitchen and dining area, making your meal times convenient and easy. Washer and dryer provided in the unfinished basement, making those longer stays all that much more comfortable. Get a good night's sleep on the spacious beds, dressed in fresh crisp linens. Plenty of parking available in the back of the house as well as street parking for your convenience. There is one main floor bedroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are connected and you must walk through one room to get to the other bedroom. Disclosure: There are 2 outdoor security cameras on the property; 1 on front porch and the other on the back of the house above the hot tub but directed at the back yard and majority of the back drive does not capture the hot tub.

We had a party of 9 people and we all had plenty of room. We never felt on top of each other, and we were able to enjoy some time in the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there in future visits to Morton/Pekin area.

The property was clean, the neighborhood is cute and quiet! This was a perfect stay for us while in town for a dance competition. You have to try Jimbos Jumbos a the pizza was delicious!

The house was nice, clean. However, our stay it was very hot outside and the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool down even with all the fans going other than that great spot and the hot tub was a bonus.

Retired Teachers Away!

Our group of six retirees arrived in this spacious home ready for fun and laughter. We were not disappointed. Resale shopping… a comedy performance by Nate Bergatze… great restaurants… then relaxing in the hot tub. We will return!

Our family stayed here for State Track and Field. The house was a short 15 minute drive from Eastside Center in Peoria and had food/walgreens/ shopping near by. The hot tub was a great addition to the house too. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect house for. Big group

Me and some friends booked the house for our annual golf trip. The place fit 8 of us very comfortably and the hot tob was very nice. We walked to the downtown area of Pekin and hit some bars, not a bad walk and lots of entertainment. Would book this house again!

Good time with the girls

It was clean and it held a lot of people, and it met our needs. There were was a little bit of an awkward layout (upstairs there was a bedroom that you had to walk through to get to the other bedroom) and the furniture could use some updating. Otherwise, it was the perfect place for us to laugh and spend time together.

Charming Gem in Pekin

We needed to be in the area for a wedding and didn’t expect to find much in Pekin. This was a perfect fit for our family. Great rental for a large family

Myself and extended family (total of nine people) Steve the weekend in this house, and it worked great for us! The house is spacious with lots of seating in the living area, and a large dining room table, which had enough room for all of us to be comfortable. Kitchen was nice and well equipped, bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Only two bathrooms but we were able to make that work without issue. House was clean and as described. Definitely appreciated that each bedroom had a power strip for extra plug-in capacity. Front porch was very nice for sitting outside and relaxing with a cup of coffee. And the hot tub is a nice addition as well. Host was quick to respond when we had questions. Check in process and check out process for easy. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Great place for our big family

A charming and immaculately clean, older home with plenty of space for us to host our adult children and family in the area for Christmas. The host was very helpful with our timing and supplying a decorated Christmas tree. Lots of comfortable seating space and a big dining table/chairs to fit 8. I gave an overall 4 star rating due to the squeaky stairs (tough for different wake up times) 😏 . And, for there being a camera pointed at the hot tub. Just seemed weird. We loved using the hot tub. It sure was a bonus! The beds were comfortable, plenty of closets and a well stocked kitchen. They supplied coffee filters, salt & pepper, cooking oil, and sugar and flour when we were there. This may fluctuate. I highly recommend this place if you need five bedrooms and enjoy a hot tub!!

Nice size house for groups.

We enjoyed our stay with Debra. She was very nice when booking and helped with any questions we had. The place was large and had beds for everyone, which were pretty comfortable! We loved having a full kitchen, it was great except we wish the pots/pans and utensils werent so worn and chipped, but they were still functional. We enjoyed the hot tub except the jets weren't very strong no matter what we did, so that was a little disappointing but still nice to relax. The house overall was a little dusty, most of us woke up with bad allergies the next day. As a professional deep clean specialist, things could've been cleaner. There was also a hole in the front window that wasps were getting into the house from. So we had to battle with wasps from time to time. It was a good stay for the most part. I definitely don't think it was worth 581 for 2 nights though. I'd recommend to anyone with a large group that is only staying a few nights. The area was quite and great spot for a walk.

It was the perfect place for our girls reading getaway. The living room was full of cozy seating so we could read and chat. It had a nice big table for games, puzzles, and meals. The hot tub was warm and ready to enjoy. We had a lovely time.
