The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — whenever we had a problem, they solved it within 10 minutes. When we went on day trips, they prepared breakfast for us to take away. We ordered our breakfasts the day before, and in the morning they came to the villa to prepare everything fresh. The villa was very clean, although it could use a bit of renovation. The massages we ordered to the villa were excellent and also cheaper than those offered nearby. The location is great too — close to restaurants and in a quiet, pleasant area. Overall, the staff are absolutely amazing and made our stay truly enjoyable!

We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort. Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

"This hotel had the perfect location for exploring the old town area of Istanbul. It was a short walk to all the major attractions like the Blue Mosque, the palace and the Hagia Sofia. I wouldn’t call it fancy, but it was clean, good bed and shower, very nice staff. It was exactly what we wanted!"
