This four-storey apartment (with lift) is located at the foot of the runs and close to all the shopping facilities (butcher shops, cheese shops, minimarket, cooked pork meat shops, catering service, bakeries, tobacco and newspaper shops, post office, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, cinema, launderette, a dry-cleaner's, sheet rental, regional products, etc.). You will also find an ESF ski school, day nursery, and entertainment for children at the station. You will love the balcony with view of the valley and the mountains. A chair lift for four people is located 100 m away from the building. There are other activities offered in winter: sledges, sledge dogs, carriages, snowshoe trips, bobsleigh tracks, speed-flying, climbing frozen waterfalls, helicopter trips, trekking, etc. Close to Vanoise National Park, this is an exceptional place for those who love cross-country skiing. Great location

The property is exactly as described. We were a group of 3 adults an managed comfortably. Both the building and apartment are well maintained. The proximity to all amenities is excellent. The owner was very helpful when assisting us to source bedding and very kindly let us stay past the normal check out time of 12:00. Would absolutely recommend

Logement minuscule mais bien situé

Logement extrêmement petit. Je sais que les logements à la montagne sont plutôt petits mais celui-ci bat tous les records. Impossible d'y vivre à 6 ! On se marche dessus. J'ai fait part de ma remarque à la propriétaire et celle-ci m'a répondu que je devrais louer un chalet si je veux plus d'espace. Je pense que mes mêmes les poules en batterie ont plus de place. La communication est désastreuse. Nous avons fait le ménage avantr de partir et la propriétaire nous a facturé 100€ pour quelques éclaboussures de sauce tomate dans un micro-onde que nous n'avons même pas utilisé. Je peux comprendre que l'état de propreté est subjectif d'une personne à l'autre mais là... 100€ pour juste passer un coup de serpière dans un micro-onde c'est un peu fort. Bref, un appartement pour 4 personnes max très bien situé dans la station mais avec le sentiement de s'être fait floué par la taille et les services

HEBERGEMENT PARFAIT

Séjour du dimanche 10 au lundi 18/03/2024. Très bonne prestation, simple et efficace lors de la réservation via Abritel, précise pour l'information d'accueil, et de qualité pour l'appartement proprement dit. L'appartement est compact et fonctionnel, malgré une très petite chambre (finalement assez sympa). La propriétaire s'est montrée disponible et à l'écoute des éventuelles demandes. L'immeuble (parties communes propres et bien entretenues) situé à Vallandry est idéalement placé pour la desserte vers les sites de ski, y compris aussi pour les liaisons inter-stations par les navettes et pour la proximité des commerces et de qualité. Très bien.

Très bien situé- idéal pour 2 ou 4 personnes maximum

Logement très bien situé quasiment au pied des pistes avec vue sur la montagne -proximité immédiate de tout- logement trop petit pour 6 idéal pour 4 maxi - pas de grille pain contrairement au descriptif et manque de propreté dans tout l’appartement (frigo/ vaisselle/ four micro onde / douche/ toilettes/ oreillers/ couettes ..) chambre sans aucun espace autour du lit qui ne permet pas de se mouvoir dans la pièce - procédure d’arrivée idéale avec la boîte à clés - proximité de tous les commerces ..j’ai passé un bon séjour et j’y retournerai sans problème à 2 ou à 4 si des efforts sont fournis sur la propreté des équipements

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici. Il ne manquait rien. Petit, ce studio est parfait pour deux personnes - quatre si elles sont pas trop grandes. C'est aussi très pratique pour les remontées, les restaurants, et commerces.

Agréable Séjour Vallandry avril 2022

Comme précisé dans l'annonce, tout est à proximité (commerces, ESF, restaurants, locations skis, office du tourisme...). Tout peut se faire à pied et des navettes peuvent nous amener sur les Arcs. Très beau domaine skiable (pistes bleues et rouges surtout). Balcon au soleil dans l'après-midi, donc très agréable pour un repos après une journée de ski. Vue magnifique. Appartement bien agencé et équipé. Parfait.

Très bien!

Appartement très fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très agréable, propre et tres pratique de pouvoir être sur les pistes directement. De plus,les commerces sont juste en bas de l'immeuble. Il y a des rangements pour les vêtements, la salle de bain a été bien refaite, la copropriété est calme, la vue est belle sur la vallée. Bref c'était parfait pour une semaine de ski! Nous avons d'ailleurs pu laisser nos skis et chaussures dans le casier fermé en bas. La personne qui s'occupe de la remise des clés est vraiment sympathique et charmante.

Appartement rénové à 100 m des pistes

Très bel appartement, très "cosy" et très bien rénové dans un style montagnard. Calme, avec un balcon donnant directement vue sur la Plagne et la montagne. Superbe panorama sur le coucher de soleil. Toutefois la salle de bain serait à revoir car ce n'est qu'une succession de fuites: le pommeau de douche est fatigué, le robinet d'eau froide tourne dans le vide et l'espace douche fuit. Sans compter que la sortie de la douche n'est pas sans danger, la pointe du meuble de lavabo (déjà cassé) étant sur le trajet. L'espace du casier à ski est très petit et ne permet pas de laisser ses chaussures qu'il faut remonter dans l'appartement à chaque fois. Dommage, car pour des bons skieurs, l'accès des pistes se fait très bien.
