"This home was perfect for our group of four fly fishing anglers. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful location on the river. Comfortable beds, clean and welcoming. Place has a dock with boat slip for river Jons. We dined out, so did not use cooking amenities. Cotter, Lakeview, Mountain Home, Flippin are conveniently 10-20 minutes away for dining and shopping. As I recall, photos depicted a Mr. Coffee maker which we prepared for, yet the home furnishes a K-cup maker. No worries though, coffee K-cups were available. The HVAC unit is a tad bit noisy and may require a check-up, but we were warm and toasty after long days on the river. Hope to return again. "
