In the centre of Pedesina 11 km from the centre of Morbegno, 8 km from the centre of Funivie Pescegallo Valgerola, in a quiet position on a slope, in the residential district, along the wooded area, 8 km from the skiing area, located by a road, east facing position. For shared use: indoor pool angular (depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct., extra). In the complex: sauna, hot tub (all extra), billiard table, table football, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking 50 m on the road. Bus stop 60 m. Nearby attractions: Fly Emotion (Zipline) 21 km, Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo 28 km, Val di Mello 31 km, Sondrio 38 km, Cascate dell Acquafraggia 48 km, Train Bernina Express: Tirano-St Moritz 64 km.
