Charming little Breton house completely renovated, located at the foot of the Ménez-Bré (highest point of the Côtes d'Armor), close to the pink granite coast, all shops within walking distance, large distribution at 4 kms, large beaches at 20 minutes by motorway.<br>- On the ground floor you will have access to the main room with equipped kitchen, dining and living area, shower room and separate toilet, as well as a bedroom equipped with a 90x190 bed<br>- Upstairs, separated by a small landing, you will find two bedrooms, both equipped with either a 160x200 bed, or 2 80x200 beds, or 1 80x200 bed depending on the number of people welcomed.<br>- The enclosed garden will let you enjoy a wooden terrace with a small table for two people, as well as a terrace at the back of the house with a picnic table.<br>Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are provided and included in the price of the stay.
