"Great stay at Glitz. Owner and staff are amazing, super friendly and very attentive. The owner speaks very good English. Rooms are spacious, clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. The deluxe room with the balcony is very nice and we were upgraded by the owner for our 2-night stay. The included breakfast is the best we had in all of Turkey. "Excellent spot close to bay and restaurants. Parking available, hosts friendly and helpful. Great spot for couples or families. Great pool area in a quiet location, close to castle. "

"Everything was great. The room was in perfect condition and enormous. Everything was clean. Confortable bed. The garden was beautiful and quiet.
Two things to improve:
Water: when taking a shower, the water takes a long time to heat up and its difficult to regulate the temperature. Or too hot or too cold.
Breakfast: maybe a bit more of variety of food in breakfast.

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.
