"This property is stunning both inside and out. Truly an oasis in the hills of Tuscany. House is fully stocked and pristine. We had the best time and would highly recommend. One bit of caution is to ensure you take the right road (Via di Monte). Check google maps before you head to the property and make sure you take the right route. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful stay."

"I cannot say enough about this property! Monte Casone met all of our expectations and more. The grounds and villa was absolutely stunning. It was a bit out of the way, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. We toured the area during the day and came back to the property for a quiet and relaxing night. Amazing !!"

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). "Franca's little house was absolutely charming and very well cared for. "My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. "Clean room and nice receptionist. The bathroom doesn't have good ventilation and isolation, so you could hear the water tank filling up. The isolation to the hallway wasn't that good either, but it didn't effect us, but a factor to consider for light sleepers."
