"Disappointing Stay with Serious Housekeeping Deficiencies (2/5 Stars)
I recently stayed at this hotel for eight nights. As a local, I chose this property for its convenient location while spending 13–14 hour days preparing my nearby house for sale. Unfortunately, what should have been a restful refuge turned out to be a highly disappointing experience due to major issues with cleanliness and policy compliance.
The hotel's policy states that sheets are changed every three days. On my third night, I specifically left the "service room" button illuminated. When I returned at 9:00 PM, the room hadn't been touched. Consequently, my sheets were only changed once during my entire stay. Worse, the top sheet had visible stains and holes from day one, and this exact damaged bedding remained on my bed for all eight nights.
The bathroom was disappointing, featuring visible pink mold, dirty grout, and a bathtub with worn-off enamel that looked completely uninviting. I also found rubbish inside the pocket of the provided dressing gown, proving it hadn't been washed between guests. There was excessive dust on the surfaces, and vacuum cleaners and dirty laundry bags were routinely left in the hallways at night.
The breakfast buffet was a mixed experience. While the freshly cooked poached eggs were lovely, the plates were cold on a couple of occasions, which quickly ruined the hot food.
The property has potential, but the lack of basic hygiene and the failure to follow room-servicing policies"
