"The cost of stay was amazingly affordable. The staff were amazingly helpful and courteous. What I liked most about the property, was the space. Very open space throughout the entire property. Even the rooms are spacious and very modernized. Although the walls are thin, I could hear the TV & conversations from the next room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, despite the current renovation. I believe when renovations are complete, Cash Rewards will be a high end hotel with all amenities and within a budget. "

"The property was just as described in the glowing reviews. It is a recently converted and remodeled senior assisted living complex owned and overseen by an experienced hotelier. Every booking is a surprisingly upscale accomodation- mine was a newly furnished, complete one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, large walk- in closet, desk, and a television in both the living room and bedroom. It is off the main street in a quiet area yet within a five minute drive to restaurants, shopping and downtown. "

"This was such a cute cottage. It was very quiet and clean. It was close to the Carlsbad, White Sands, and Guadalupe National Parks which is why we chose it. Also, Roswell is a super cool town. Brenda was very helpful and always quick to respond to any inquiries. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. I highly recommend"

"The property was absolutely amazing, the neighborhood was perfect and the location couldn't have been any better. We were within minutes of every destination we had in our itinerary, its a great location downtown, my absolute favorite part of it was it's literally within minutes of the best donut shop in town (literally only 300 feet away). The house was super clean and super well stocked. The furniture was amazing!!! And so comfy. The only issue was one of the 4 tvs remote was missing, and with literally within a few hours they had got me a brand new remote. Brenda was quick and very responsive to any and all my questions. I will be going back, didn't even make it home before we started planning it. I highly recommend this to families!!!! Or if you just want a nice stay in Roswell. "
