Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean,place was generally quiet. Some traffic noise, but thats a given on main st. And only a block away from the NMMI , which has an interesting campus.

Place was cute and clean easy check in bed was comfortable and check out was a breeze. Said you could get coffee and juice but the office was closed still at 7 am

We’re so pleased, the room was surprisingly very nice, clean bed was great. We were at another hotel decided to move, bed, towels was terrible. We were just checking our reservation. They allowed us to check in early so appreciative. Only one thing, I didn’t see the check out time 10am. Usually it’s posted on back of the room. No ones fault but ours.

Overall Nice Stay

The bed was comfortable and I liked that there was clear updates made to the room. They are still in the middle of renovations to the property but overall it was a nice stay. The owner was super nice and helpful to suggest things to see and do in Roswell! The property was nice and quiet and on the main strip close to downtown. There was plenty of food places to find close by and it was a nice place to get a quick run/walk just before sunset.

The beds were comfortable but there was a hole in the wall in the restroom near the window so when it was raining water would come through. There was also a hole in the wall by shower that would leak water anytime the shower was on. At first I thought I accidentally spalsed water out but I quickly realized that was not the case when the whole floor was soaked
