They continue to improve their customer service and operations which will have them as the #1 spot to stay. "Staff are nice, the room was nice in terms of the layout. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t really clean. The carpets had a lot of stains and the couch bed was very old and falling apart. "

"I booked hotel because I searched for hotels in Atlanta area that provided a pool. When I arrived at hotel excited to spend time with my wife my the pool the staff told me the pool was closed until Memorial Day. If that was the case then on Expedia is should alert the purchaser that the pool is closed until Memorial Day so I could choose another hotel option where there pool was open at the time of booking."

"Desperately needs updated. The hot water in the sink was broken, the back of toilet needs a good wipe down. Staff was absolutely wonderful, but this hotel definitely needs some upgrades"
