We were very happy to stay. The beach house was very clean, close to many amenities, grocery shops, restaurants and the bus stop into Brighton was convenient! The special touch of milk for our coffee in the fridge and hot chocolate for the kids, made us feel very welcome. The host was helpful and so kind and thoughtful through our stay.

We had a lovely few days in the Beach House. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped with many thoughtful touches. Made us feel immediately at home. A great location and fabulous sea views. Carol and Simon wonderful hosts. Helpful, accommodating and always wanting you to have the best possible stay. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Our family of 4 stayed one night at the Beach House and it was one of the highlights of our England trip. The host was extremely warm and welcoming and the apartment is thoroughly modern and well appointed. The shorefront location is very relaxing after a long day of exploring the area.

I doubt you could find a more welcoming couple or a better place to stay than the Beach house. Everything you need is provided, it's spotless, welcoming, comfortable and the view is just beautiful so 100% worth a 5* review.

Short family walking break

Excellent accommodation and location for anyone who wishes to explore the coast walking.Everything we needed was provided and Carol was amazing at giving advice on routes to walk and bus routes. We had a great short break and walked from the accommodation to Brighton.

Trip to Peacehaven

We had a great stay and will definitely be returning. The property was clean and tidy and just what we were looking for. Our 6 year old son loved the views looking out at sea. Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Compact, clean and functional property . Well equipped and overlooking Peacehaven beach. Great location for Peacehaven, but a 20 min car/bus ride to Brighton

Great base with lots to see and do

Lovely property, with fantastic views and serves as a great base to get around. Small but perfectly formed with everything you need. The hosts were welcoming and as they lived downstairs we had immediate contact should we have needed it.

Night stay - Couple

The beach house was a fantastic place to stay—clean, beautifully designed, and full of charm. I especially loved the Velux balcony, which added a special touch. The house was thoughtfully stocked with lots of little amenities that made the stay even more comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach right on the doorstep. Carol was a wonderful host, providing all the information we needed ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic

We booked the Beach House for 2 nights, qe wish we had stayed longer. Carol and Simon are warm, friendly and excellent hosts, we immediately felt at ease there. Great Get-away With Lovely Beach View and Hosts

My mom, cousin, and I enjoyed this well-maintained, quiet, and convenient apartment by the beach. I watched the sunrise one morning across the beach horizon and thought it would have to be much more beautiful in the Summer months...very nice. The spaces and clean, nicely designed and decorated, and most of the days we thought we were alone in the house as the hosts and their quest(s) were very quiet. I have recommended this place to several people already and would come back for sure if plans have us in or near the area.

Cosy beach house

Carol & Simon were the most wonderful & welcoming couple to their most cozy, quaint & beautiful little beach house!We felt very at home & we looking to return very soon! Situated just outside Brighton it offers scenic views & glorious beach walks with a host of restaurants to cater to your every need! Beautiful apartment!

We loved our stay at the apartment, it was clean, beautifully decorated, very homely with stunning views of the sea! So easy to get the bus into Brighton, very close. The host Carol had put so much thought into making it comfortable for guests, plenty of lovely soaps, shower gels etc. Information on buses taxis and takeaways was provided, 10/10, we would definitely stay again! ☺️

Beautiful Seaside Home

We had a wonderful stay while visiting from the US. We felt welcome in the home and received great advice for our travels. The location is beautiful and the balcony was the highlight. Please note there are stairs to get up to the unit but it is private from the main home. Easily drove to Brighton and Eastbourne during the day. Would definitely stay again if back in England!

Enjoy the view but mind your head!

Arriving in the dark we had our first view of the sea from our bed the next morning - albeit through the window at the opposite end of the accommodation. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom and the whole place was spotless. The one feature which we hadn't noted from the description and which took a while to get used to, was the sloping roof. My head survived. Parking was very easy just around the corner under a street lamp. Wonderful walks when the weather is kind. We will be back.

Perfect clifftop getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend. Ahead of our arrival Carol sent all the info we needed, including instructions for catching the bus from Brighton. The apartment was the perfect size and set up, and the electric blinds in the bedroom were great for this time of year. The apartment was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. Little touches like shower gel and milk in the fridge were appreciated. The location is great, beautiful views, lovely walks along the cliffs or on the walkway next to the sea. A large sainsburys, ATM, takeaway shops and a fabulous yemeni coffee shop are easily reached on foot. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating even lending us a phone charger! Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

The Perfect Place !

Very well situated (border of the cliffs) so, amazing views ! Very nice place, very calm and very clean, perfect for 2 adultes and 1 teenager. Very well decorated, a real charming appt. No real table to eat, only a coffee table. The owners live on the ground floor, they are very discreet and friendly, always ready to help if needed. The South Coast Path is just in front of the house and can bring you towards the seven sisters or Rottingdean and Brighton. Sainsbury's Local @ 10mn by foot. The car can be parked at 30 m from the house. Bus stop 100m, 25 mn from Brighton. 3 days was too short, we hope we'll come back one day for longer ! Thank you for everything Carol !!!
