Banyandah on the Lakes is a modern Hamptons/coastal style 4-bedroom holiday rental perfectly equipped for families or groups, located just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Gippsland Lakes in Paynesville – adjacent to the Fort King Island boat ramp and foreshore reserve.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and only a short distance from the town centre, the property can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests and features modern comforts such as ducted heating and cooling, WIFI, 2 spacious open living areas, deep soaking tub and 3 smart TV’s. The kids and those still young at heart are well catered for, with board games, Xbox, kayaks, SUPs, body boards and bikes provided for guest use.
The spacious outdoor alfresco area is perfect for all year round entertaining, featuring plenty of seating, family size Weber BBQ and a giant outdoor chess/checkers set. There is plenty of space for boat and trailer parking and pets are welcome too (outdoors).

Perfect location near the water

We really enjoyed our stay and our teenagers especially enjoyed using the kayaks.Having the two separate areas with TVs meant that kids could their own thing. Being so close to the water meant my son could go fishing at any time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great big house with good amenities. Plenty of room for everyone. Kayak's, paddle boards and bikes there for your convenience. Small backyard but plenty of seating. Some general repairs required eg. toilet door unable to close, blind in kids bedroom broken so unable to open it. The property managers did thank us for reporting and said they would repair. The cleanliness was not of an expected standard for the cleaning costs. There was food spilt down the front of cupboards, food trays, balloons and other filth under the couches which are high enough to easily sweep under. Inside cupboards and under beds could use a good clean. Overall it is still a great property that I would recommend.

Banyandah in Gippsland

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here due to the location and quality of this property. Has strong wifi for working away from home. Thoroughly enjoyed this place again.

Loved This Property and Location

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The house was spacious and very kid and family friendly. We will definitely look to come and stay here again. The only downfall was that the rubbish bins were already full and there wasn’t any plastic cups for younger children.

Banyandah in Gippsland

Come to Victoria to visit a relative. Very nice house. The central heating was great in the cold snap. Great kitchen, large TVs including one in the bedroom. Bikes and helmets for a ride to Raymond Island with remote control garage door. The bath and showers were deluxe. A great house to stay in.
