Single-level living is possible with all common areas centrally located on the main floor along with three bedrooms and two baths. Another bed and bath plus the laundry room are on the ground floor accessible by an interior stairway as well as an exterior door.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. Leaving the driveway on Sundial Drive, head north or south three doors down and follow either Lazy Lane or Mason Lane one short block to the beach boardwalk path.

CREEK ACCESS: The private floating dock with land-based gangway is located on a tidal canal. Note: The drive-on dock with boat attached to the floating dock is not available for guest use. A small boat launch is located on the far end of Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this unique coastal community offers easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as to the tidal creek. A stroll-about will unfold scenic Lowcountry vistas, rekindle friendships from past stays, and provide access to a sample of local shops and restaurants.
