New to PIR's family of homes in 2023, comes this beautiful true southern charm, creekfront home that gives you a warm and cozy feel. This home is beautifully decorated with embellished Pawley's artwork and offers you a comfortable and stylish living area that has an open floor plan. You have impeccable views of the creek giving you a great spot to watch the sunset while having a cup of coffee or maybe an evening sitting in peace and tranquilly while sipping on a cocktail or glass of wine. This home provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms with freshwater bidets; below the home you will find covered parking and a great entertaining area with ping-pong, corn hole or just sitting and enjoying all the views. It has a great outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off all that sand from spending your day at the beach, which is just a stone throw away. This home gives you the best of both worlds and will be a great vacation spot for your family year after year. Now featuring a newly constructed shared creek dock with a floating boat dock.
