BEACH GEAR: Receive a limited credit toward beach gear rentals by VayKLife! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.

GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom/1 bathroom) 2 SINGLES en suite (shower) with 1 DOUBLE sleeper sofa, laundry room, 2 carport bays. Outside entry only to ground floor bedroom.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: Private beach boardwalk as well as space for smaller boat trailer are available. A small public boat launch is located one street over on Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as tidal creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll-about will rekindle friendships made from past stays, reveal scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide access to a sample of local shops and restaurants. The greater Waccamaw Neck area offers grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks, and more.
