LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): Jo Jo's House is a 3 bedroom off-ocean house with key access to both public beach access and public boat launch! Walk up the steps into a nice screened porch with rocking chairs and a table for meals or fun family games. Inside, you'll find a dining room table and living room with a comfy sectional complete with a tv for relaxing times. The kitchen has all new appliances including a toaster and Keurig. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The next room is a living area that leads to a bedroom with two queens and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a door leading to the fenced-in backyard. Upstairs, you will find a master suite complete with a double bed, tv and living space.
