This home is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean on the east side and the creek on the west. Complete with an Oceanfront pool, this home's modern style offers the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. There are front and back porches to capture the sunrise and sunset views from both the marsh side as well as the oceanside. This home is perfect for those long beach days. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island for meal prep and counter height dining. There are two ovens, a warming oven, 2 dishwashers and a microwave to complete all of your entertaining needs for family and friends. One bedroom on the main level has a handicap-accessible bathroom with multiple grab bars for safety. There are two master suites that open up to an oceanfront balcony on the top floor, and both have luxurious bathrooms featuring garden tubs and walk-in showers. This home boasts a second family room on the upper level. This room is comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa, TV, a table for games or snacks, and a wet bar with mini-fridge and microwave. The 7th bedroom is an office that has been converted with twin beds added. It does not have direct access to a bathroom. The oversized laundry room hosts 2 washers/ 2 dryers as well as an additional refrigerator for all of your needs. The dining area seats 10, with 4 at the nearby breakfast bar. Plenty of seating is available throughout the house. This beautiful home features an elevator, exterior enclosed shower, interior stairs, boat landing access, and access to a community pool.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and guests may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
