Extensive interior and exterior renovations have just been completed! This North Litchfield Beach home has everything to make your vacation complete - a private pool, hot tub (fees apply), elevator, pool table, shuffleboard table, cornhole game, an enclosed outdoor shower, 2 refrigerators, wine cooler, stand-alone ice maker, front screened porch, back screened porch, large sun deck, and more! Only a 3-minute walk to the desirable and prestigious sandy shores of North Litchfield Beach. The home is set up to accommodate 14 guests. The elevator is only accessible from the ground level/carport to the first floor of the home; it does not serve the second level of the home.

Worth the Cost

The property was beautiful, inside and out. We had a little miscommunication about the heated pool, but it was quickly resolved. Our family loved the pool, pool table, shuffleboard, and ping pong table. The kids had a blast! There were tv's everywhere, but they chose to spend their time playing together. The elevator was amazing for our parents. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed, including the ocean. The neighborhood was very friendly, quiet, and peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, etc. Excellent experience!

Family fun

Great property in quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and to bike paths. Rode bikes to murrells inlet for lunch and a bit further - down to Pawleys. Lots of toys to play with and we used them all on a rainy day. Floor plan is a bit choppy- not quite what I expected- and two en-suite baths upstairs are tight spaces. Loved all the kitchen gear and ice maker. Overall had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing!

Coast Inn

Lovely home. Oven/stove did not work when we checked in on Saturday, was not repaired until Wednesday. An inconvenience. Realty company did nothing to compensate. They brought grills on Thursday. We understand that things can happen.
