Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Good stay with few hickups

Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.

The place is not so happening. Due to low tourism volume. However lavasa is very beautiful. The hotel staff is good but property condition is not in a good shape. This is not worth the price they quoted.
