Very good value. Location a 2 minute walk from beach, and close to many restaurants, etc. Pool area is beautiful but not heated. Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is white bread with jam and instant coffee.

Near the beach
Room and service was excellent. Gym cable system was broken. Only bad thing that I experienced. Will stay again .

Pleasant Stay at Best Beac Villa
Good location. Big and clean room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about. This is our second stay and we always enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is on a quiet soi but not so far from nightlife. Great breakfast for the price. Friendly staff. Rooms a little run down but still good for the price.

Big room, in a good location
Room is big & clean, with queen bed, 32" LCD TV with some movie channels, big fridge with 2 bottles of water free daily, in-room safe, and a big bathroom with tub. Very near to the beach and walking distance to Big C supermarket. For nightlife, hotel is near to Soi 6. Hotel was changing to a new wi-fi network during my stay so there were intermittent connectivity issues. Didn't try their breakfast so can't comment.

Value at Best Beach Villa
Situated in Pattaya for the beach and for all the amenities including entertainment shopping and shows. All the staff pleasant and courteous and the rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Pool excellent. Only problem in the room was that there was no hot water in the sink which helps with shaving. Hot water in the shower. There was a kettle in the room but no cups or tea and coffee. Have stayed there 3 times now and good value for the money

Nice hotel in a quite Soi 4
I stayed for two days at Best beach villa. The hotel is in a quite location. Clean rooms, big swimming pool and breakfast was not that bad though. TV in our room was not working, we call to find out why it ain't working.. The staff promise to fix it but they never showed up. Pictures of the hotel you see on their website, is not what they seem to be.

Comfort & affordability
Went for our honeymoon and it was only steps away from pattaya beach. The complimentary breakfast in the was perfect and all the your tourist attractions they provide and or recommend. The rooms were a bit dated but the comfort and affordability made up for it. The pool was also a great perk in the hotel. After all said and done it was a great stay and very affordable. Highly recommended & any time we return we will be coming back to stay there!

静かな立地のフレンドリーなホテルそして安価
3Fに宿泊。内装を改修した後でまだペンキのニオイが残る。 5F,7Fに知り合いの部屋があり、そこは以前のままの古い内装。 改装によりカードキーになり、そこは便利になりましたが、 以前はあった整理ダンスが無くなり荷物の整理ができない。 この一点が不満でした。
