Nice but could go a little better.

It had a nice view of the ocean but it is at the far south end of Bang Sean Beach . Too far from stores and by commercial fish market not swimmable beaches. For a vacation I recommend booking st least 1/4 to 1 mike further north.during a heavy squall the bedroom windows leaked badly.

Good property and great staff

Nice property a few meters from the sea. We had balcony and enjoyed beautiful sunsets Area is ok, especially to the right of property where there are multiple good restaurants and grocery shops. Nice walking areas along the sea front. The room was clean. The bed was a bit hard as were the sofa’s in living room. Need to have spare pillows in the closet. Gym is pretty poor. Apparently there is no washer and dryer on property. Breakfast was delivered to our room which was nice. The staff were wonderful and caring

My room was on the 5th floor. It was very nice and comfy studio room. Hotel location is on quiet area, but no beach front. The service is good and staff is very friendly. The pub , cafe' and convenient shop is only 100m away. Overall is " a Good place" for both short or long stay.

景色も素晴らしく、目の前全部が海。そして、メインビーチから離れているので静か。漁師がのんびりと漁をしているのがなんとものどか。また、引き潮になると100メートルほど海が砂浜に。近所の人が貝を取りに来ていました。キッチンツールは充実しているだけでなく、使用したものは、毎日ルームサービスがすべてきれいに洗ってくれます。フライパンの焦げ付きまでも･･･｡すごい。

Very nice room, location and language not ideal

Stayed here a few nights. Room was great, I think all rooms have a nice ocean view. Only two issues I had: location is a bid a way from town. Some local Restaurants and bars nearby, but it helps to have a car or scooter. Also English is in Bang Saen generally an issue, also in the BBG and the restaurants nearby (also no English menue). So unless you speak Thai, use your Hands to get what you want :-)

良いホテルです。本来、滞在者向けサービスアパートですがホテルとしても利用可。今回素泊まりで初めての利用。 多分築年数も若く部屋も清潔、豪華さはありませんがで必要十分。全室海に面してます。レセプションスタッフは近所の女の子が数人で働いてる感じなので、サービスに多くを期待しない方がいいです。難点はビーチの一番はずれというロケーションの悪さぐらい。 全体としては、バンセンということと、宿泊できれば良いと割り切れば、不満はないところです。

Nice place

Very nice place to stay in bangsaen. Just do not expect full quidence in English and own car or motorbike is a must if stayed longer. Nice contrast between weekdays and weekend when Thai tourists float this place. I personally enjoyed Bangsaen a lot. So much different compared to Bangkok and Pattaya.

สะดวก สบาย บริการดีมากๆ เหมาะกับการเข้าพักเป็นครอบครัว ทำอาหารรับประทานเอง แต่เสียอย่างเดียว กะทะน่าจะเป็นเทปล่อน แล้วถ้าใครจะเข้าพักที่นี่ได้เห็นวิวสวยๆ แนะนำชั้น 4-6 เพราะตัวเองได้พักชั้นสอง วิวไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ แต่บริการดีมาก ๆ ต้องการอะไร ถ้าหาให้ได้พนักงานหาให้เลย ชอบมากๆ ค่ะ

Excellent hotel in Bangsaen

Very nice hotel. Excellent room, with fast wifi, one A/C in livingroom/kitchen and one in bedroom. Very nice bathroom. Balcony was nice too. Room looks very nice and modern. All together room was perfect for me. The hotel itself was also very nice. Almost newly built. Good security and new technology. Easy to get in and out. Looks very nice and modern. Staff was very very helpful. And very flexible. They could help me with anything. Only thing that was little bad, was their little bad english-skills. Sometimes I had to explain for long time to get what I wanted, and sometimes they misunderstood so I got it wrong. But all together I'm very satisfied with the staff. Cleaning of the room was excellent. No complains. And they were very flexible too. The biggest issue with the hotel is the placement. It's far from everything. 15-20 minutes walk from 7-eleven. Half hour walk to the good part of the beach. If you rent a car it will be ok. But staff is very helpful to get you taxi, so it's mostly not a big problem. But in the evening and morning it may be difficult to find a taxi close to the hotel. The good thing is that everyone knows where the hotel is, so it's easy for taxi to find the hotel. I recommend this hotel.
