The rooms advertised are the deluxe rooms and not all rooms. There is no poolside bar as advertised, the breakfast is very very poor, rooms are very basic, hot water is supplied by a thermostat in your shower. The staff are the best thing about the hotel. The hotel is not as advertised or even close

I have to say that the bed and the mattress was terrible. There was a box spring and No mattress at all. It made sleeping very difficult.

My best friend and I spent 2 weeks in Thailand between Pattaya to Bangkok to Chiang Mai down to Phuket to Ko Phi Phi and other islands, we stayed in multiple hotels, always booking 2 rooms so we were able to compare between rooms as well.. this place was really very nice for the price! One word of advice, the hot water on the shower can’t keep up if you open the valve all the way, just open it about 2/3 of the way and your water pressure will still be strong and the water will be hot!

バトンビーチのメイン、バングラから徒歩1分、寝ないで遊びたい族には最高。スタッフもフレンドリー。賑やかな繁華街のど真ん中。夜中まで遊びに不自由しない。部屋は当り外れがあって、窓なしもある。そんな時は頼めば交換してくれる。全部の部屋ノマドからの見晴らしは期待しないこと。

Frukost serverades men i begränsad utsträckning, man måste välja mellan omelett och 1 st baconskiva el. stekt ägg och 1 st baconskiva el. våffla. Baconet var alltid slut oavsett om man var där 30 min efter öppning pga. det fanns för lite. Städningen kunde vara bättre, det byttes inte sängkläder om man inte sa till om detta, dödade en kackerlacka i ett av rummen och det sprang omkring en stor råtta utanför rummen på eftermiddagarna och kvällar. Gjordes inget åt detta fastän vi med flera påtalade det. Poolen var ca 7x3 meter och låg mellan fyra huskroppar så solen kom inte åt den så ofta. Personalen gjorde sitt bästa efter förutsättningarna.
