"I don’t know if this just happened to be during our stay but there were a TON of flies and dead flies. They were mainly congregated in the laundry room but were throughout the house as well. The house is on a busy road so parking isn’t ideal but we managed fine. They send you messages during your stay and want you to start your laundry before leaving and threaten you with added charges if you’re loud (they have noise monitoring devices in the home) have guests over, or leave any trash out. The vibe didn’t come across as welcoming. I love leaving 5 star reviews for hospitable owners and well kept homes but I unfortunately couldn’t in this case. We honestly weren’t at the house a lot so we didn’t use much, but they didn’t provide any hand towels or anything besides two travel size shampoo and body wash (mind you we had 4 adults booked 2 nights for this property). The positives of this house is that it’s very centrally located, easy to access the home, and has a lot of beds. I hope the owners use this feedback to improve future guest experience! "

"For the low price, this place is amazing! Really nice manager too. Their website crashed and led to us accidentally booking four rooms (four nights) instead of one, and the manager checked in with me over phone ahead of time so we were able to catch it and he offered to cancel the other rooms, no issues, no fees. He was happy to help us save that money and I really appreciate it. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Big bathroom, very comfortable king bed, vaulted ceiling with a pretty mural of the sky (& an optional black light you can turn on to see stars on the ceiling as well as how clean the room is). Felt like we were staying in a friend’s guest room (except with amenities like a microwave and fridge). We were able to check in really late in the night/early morning, and check out early too. Overall a great stay!"
