2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 1 kitchenette
4 spacious bedrooms, 1 extra large master bedroom with private en-suite,a hanging king-sizebed, an additional twin daybed with trundle, & a kitchenette all in the master. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 antique twin beds. 4th bedroom has another king-size bed. There is also a queen size sofa bed. Perfect for 2 families or groups of up to 14 guests.

2 fully functional kitchens with modern appliances (1 has a stove top no oven). Good for preparing meals.

Laundry room with washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Enjoy outdoor living with an extremely large terrace, patio & huge yard. Perfect for lounging, sunbathing or dining al fresco.
The yard is great for children & your dog to enjoy. ALL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Just like most yards in Puerto Rico. There are holes animals dig, branches, rocks, fruits etc. Sometimes in the yard, so children & dog should ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED!!!!

Refresh in the private swimming pool. While enjoying the UNOBSTRUCTED, BREATHTAKING VIEWS while sitting in the pool!! Surrounded by a peaceful tropical setting. With fruit trees & plants that are also visible right from the pool seats!!!!
HAS TO BE 1 OF THE GREATEST WAYS TO RELAX & UNWIND!!!! Extremely quiet & no crowds in your face!!! The only noises that can be heard most of the time are, our tropical animals.

We also have a big garage. So if you have a special vehicle you would like to keep indoors. We can do that for an extra charge.
Of course the private gated driveway is free of charge & safe. The driveway is large enough to turn around right in the driveway.
