"We booked a room based on the pictures as advertised, however we were very disappointed to be given a tiny room near the front gate! We were given no access codes to enter, and there was noone on site! Finally answered his phone after several attempts and gave us the code. There was no door for privacy to the shower, we had our adult daughter with us, so we had to take turns waiting outside whilst the other showered! The bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. "This is the best place we have stayed on the 15 days of Europe travel. After choosing to stay in city centers we decided to stay in the country. This place is dead quiet, bed very comfortable, breakfast enjoyable, staff awesome, very clean and modern. It's a small place but everything was perfect and ease of use. We will be back to this little gem again soon. We would have stayed longer to explore the area with our bikes but we had to catch a flight home from Paris. Excellent bakery near by."

"A bit of a mixed bag, the hosts were great and welcoming. I guess as it was just out of season the advertised restaurant / bar was not in operation. A bit of a remote location and a 20 minute drive to get food in the evening. Breakfast was great and delivered with a personal touch."
