This is truly a wonderfully different home, and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.



The Space:

Enjoy life with MARVELOUS MIDCENTURY, located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles. Take pleasure in both vintage and modern conveniences. 2 Bedrooms 2 full Bathrooms with walk-in showers, Sleeps 4. This home is located just 5 blocks from the Town Center, take an easy walk to the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Gourmet kitchen and outdoor living with patio area & spa. This is truly a wonderfully different home, and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast. This is the sister (and neighboring home) to MIDCENTURY MANOR, so get a few groups of people together and rent them both!



Living Space:



This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The living room has a couch & chair and features a 70" Smart TV. The dining room is just steps away in a separate casita for an intimate dining experience.



The kitchen is small, but big in all the right ways! Professional Wolf range and stainless appliances.

Small appliances include toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Insta-pot pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, toaster(this home does not have a microwave). Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.



Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs.



The full bathrooms include custom expansive, walk-in showers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer.



Outdoor Areas:



The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival), seating area and fire pit, or grill it up on the gas BBQ.

Also enjoy Board games, books, & bluetooth speaker. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles.

The amenities were 4 star hotel quality. I have never stayed in such a well equipped house and everything is top of the line. Loved having 2 king beds. Our friends thought it was too soft but there is a 4” foam on top which they just removed and then loved the extra firm bed. Perfect place for visiting wineries.

Love this spot!

This is our second time staying here for a visit to Paso! We absolutely love the location and the rental has everything we need for a long weekend stay, plus an amazing outdoor area, which we loved using for sipping morning coffee and sharing some of our favorite wines in the evenings.

Wine Escape

The property is very clean, great location, well stock with everything to have meals, and be comfortable. I was surprised how well everything flowed in a smaller square footage house but the 2 bathrooms, outdoor fire pit, and standalone dining room worked perfectly! Its location is great!!

Great stay, cute garden area!

We had a lovely time at this adorable little home. We enjoyed the detached little dining room and the garden area with the fire pit. Loved the hot tub too! Location is great as well. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels for all 4 of us adults. Loved that there were basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo available. The rooms are spacious enough and we never felt cramped. It was two of us couples and we really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely return!

Lovely Stay

The property was adorable and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked breakfasts, used the jacuzzi and drank wine on the patio. It was also a very easy walk into downtown Paso for dinner.

We loved our stay here. The house is perfect for two couples, with large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is ideal, on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from downtown. Would definitely come back again.

2 couples for a 2 night stay. MM is well stocked, very comfortable and centrally located. We were concerned about noise, it was NOT an issue! Bedrooms on opposite sides of house was perfect for individual/couples down time.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Clean, quiet yet we could easily walk to town center. This place has all high end kitchen appliances, nice dinnerware , the fixtures for both kitchen and bath are top of the line. We played cards in the other buildiing. Made some meals there and enjoyed some cocktails which can add up to great savings in the world we live in today! We would def stay there again!! Weee
